Flags for First Graders

Earlier today, The Forty & Eight group, a charitable honor society of American Veterans, came to Lakeside to deliver flags to all first grade students. Ten veterans came and explained the importance of our American flag. They gave the students facts about the stars and stripes, folding the flag, and how to show respect for the flag.
